Malibran was founded in Susegana, in the southern part of the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Denomination. The company manages 14 hectares of vineyards, cultivated on predominantly clay soils that give the wines unique characteristics. The passion for the land and the tradition of viticulture have guided Maurizio Favrel, the owner of the company, to work every day with dedication and commitment, passing down the love for the land from generation to generation. A strong point of the production is a sparkling wine, Rive di Santa Maria di Feletto, an Extra Brut with low residual sugar that elegantly expresses the unique characteristics of the area. Through daily effort, the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Denomination is enhanced and promoted, helping to keep the tradition and the connection with the land alive. The company has been a member of FIVI for many years and carefully oversees every phase of the supply chain, from vineyard care to wine production. In 2020, it received the Biodiversity Friend certification, recognizing its commitment to sustainability and the protection of biodiversity.
