Colesel is a historic winery located in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the Cartizze hills.
Owned by the Bortolin family for generations, in 1986 it was named Colesel in honor of the 3.5 hectares of vineyards in the Cartizze area, where the main headquarters is also located. Colesel is in fact the only winery to have complete control over the entire production chain in Cartizze. Here, visitors can tour the vineyards, the new winemaking facility, the sparkling wine production and bottling areas, and finally taste and purchase the wines in the tasting rooms inside the shop.

All Colesel labels are born from a philosophy aimed at enhancing the raw material while respecting the land, starting with careful vineyard selection, rigorous processing of the must and base wine, and culminating in a sparkling wine with a strong and distinctive character. A recognizable philosophy and style, the result of traditions, terroir, and determination passed down through generations, combined with technology, research, and innovation.
