Respect for the terroir, for people, and a responsible approach to the future are the core values of Ruggeri, a winery founded in 1950 in Valdobbiadene that has always driven innovation through research and development projects.
Ruggeri’s Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG is crafted from fine grapes harvested on the stunning hills of the DOCG denomination, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and within it, the Cartizze area—a unique Cru of just 107 hectares, renowned for its landscape and the exceptional quality of its grapes.
Thanks to extended aging on the lees for periods far exceeding three months and a distinctive bottle maturation, Ruggeri elevates Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore well beyond the definition of a “young wine.”
Ruggeri’s love for its territory translates into initiatives aimed at enhancing and preserving the natural environment: the winery adheres to the SQNPI Protocol and the Equalitas – Sustainable Wine Standard, which addresses sustainability through social, environmental, and economic pillars.
