Family experience
The Spagnol family has been cultivating vines since the early twentieth century. Today, the family-owned vineyards cover 38 hectares across the best suited hills and slopes of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore production area. For over thirty years, all the wine-making procedures, from vine cultivation to grape production, to sparkling wine production, to bottling and distribution, have been managed by the family members. In recent years, a new system has been implemented to the winery to optimize the resources produced and used by the winery a biomass system powered by agricultural compost. In this way, all the production stages are rationally managed, focusing on the achievement of the total sustainability of the company. For Spagnol Col del Sas “making wine” is a family craft, for tradition and passion.
