Ernesto Balbinot has graduated in 1982 and two years later he has started with his business. On 1997 was born the idea to sell his wine with his brand, so he has established Azienda Agricola Le Manzane. He met several difficulties but he has overcome them to introduce his products in Italian market but also in foreign market having more and more success from operators. The production of winery Le Manzane is concentrated mainly in sparkling wine Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG but other native grapes as Verdiso, Manzoni Bianco, Marzemino and Cabernet are not neglected. Moreover all the grapes grow in owned vineyards on the hills around the cellar. In 2006 start the production of ROSEO, a pinkish sparkling wine, a Cuveé of Glera, Moscato and Merlot that is having a lot of success. In 2010, year of birth of DOCG, Ernesto has created a special wine to celebrate this birth, Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG Millesimato 20.10. The last wine born but not the least, is a fresh sparkling Cuveé named Prima Stella.
