Villa Maria
Villa Maria, the iconic pink house framed by a charming terrace over the vineyards, is a corner of paradise set in the heart of the Unesco Heritage Hills. Owned by the Panigai family, which for centuries has kept and produced excellent products on the historic estate, it’s the symbol of the winery that overlooks the so-called Prosecco Road. In total, the company, including the winery and the historic estate, has about 27 hectares of vines in Glera, united in a single block. It is in these heroic hills, in a landscape of rare beauty, that elements such as extreme slope, optimal exposure and microclimate, come together to make a one-of-a-kind product. The winery is the result of an important and recent restoration. It’s the ideal location to taste a good glass of wine, immersed in an atmosphere between history, tradition and passion, for a profession that has been handed down from father to son over the centuries.
