All our wines are made only with Prosecco grapes coming from our vineyards located on the hill of Col San Martino near the city of Treviso. The grapes are picked by hand in order to maintain the quality. In every vineyard we work as organic as possible to respect the nature of the place and to obtain the best fruits. Regarding the work in the cellar we use traditional method: we like to age the wines on his own yeast as long as possible in order to give to the wine the right balance between acidity and fatness. The second fermentation is made at low temperature to obtain wines with elegant flavors and “perlage”. All the work at the cellar are made using electric-power obtained directly from the energy of the sun; that make us an earth friendly estate.
