The Prosecco making process begins in our fields with the harvesting of the grapes, carried out entirely by hand, in a joyful and celebratory atmosphere. It continues with the bottling using new technologies that provide a better realisation of the winemaking process and which ensure that the provenance and quality of the products are guaranteed.
