The Property has as its first aim research and innovation toword sustainability and respect for future generations. An authentic local taste, produced in limited numbers and with maximum respect for the ecosystem, bottles with simple and elegant graphics, as it is the wine that must do the talking. These are the Duca di Dolle sparkling wines. In addition to the two basic wines, the Brut and the Extra Dry, Duca di Dolle’s wine collection includes also the Cuvée Rive di Rolle, the Superiore di Cartizze “Zero”, a Brut with very low residual sugar, the Superiore di Cartizze Extra Dry and “Nino”, re-fermented in bottle. Duca di Dolle Estate, immersed into the silence of the hills, extends for 75 hectares of vineyards, woods, meadows and pastures. In the middle, the wonderful Relais with 13 rooms and a pool with an amazing wiew on the vineyards.
