Casa Terriera

The historic Casa Terriera is situated in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene hills, the cradle of Prosecco Superiore and takes its name from the family of aristocrats who first lived there and who are the ancestors of the Sossai family.

The Knowledge of ancestral winemaking traditions, transmitted through strong family links is currently interpreted by Pier Luigi who has developed into a perceptive and intuitive wine producer who is able to select the grape, choose the best time to harvest and manage the slow fermentation process to enhance the wine and highlight its organoleptic properties so that every glass tells the same story in the palate of the connoisseur.

The family tradition has started the latest part of its journey as Pier Luigi is passing his skills and passion to his daughters Francesca e Alessandra who are carrying on the tradition and have introduced Brut and Extra Dry versions of “CASA TERRIERA” PROSECCO D.O.C.G. Conegliano-Valdobbiadene, both vivacious wines that reflect the history of the family.
