Iconic winery founded by Desiderio Bisol, descendant of one of the most historic families of Valdobbiadene. It includes the DOCG line with 50 hectares of cultivated land on the suitable hills of Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO heritage site since 2019 with a production of 200 thousand bottles. The Ancillotto’s name which appears with 5 vintage references, was taken from the film released in 2017 “As long as there is prosecco, there is hope” with Giuseppe Battiston. Here too the protagonist was called Desiderio, just like Bisol and just like him, a totally convinced advocate of more conservative manufacturing and production processes than of unbridled exploitation of his native land. The label applied on the bottles partly recalls that of the film and partly depicts the present with the iconic and modern cellar where the grapes are processed and the small house typical of the local hills, home to the offices, shopwine and tasting room.
