We have partnered with English chef and food stylist, Rosie MacKean, to create a series of Instagram Lives that share the matching of our Prosecco Superiore with food. Our next live is on Monday 13th September at 6pm BST, and will be hosted by Sarah Abbott MW and chef Rosie.

About A Superiore Match
We wanted to introduce prosecco fans in the UK to the custom of enjoying high quality Prosecco Superiore with a meal, as we do in Conegliano Valdobbiadene. Rosie is an Italian food specialist, and has worked in some of the UK’s most acclaimed Italian restaurants.
Rosie has created 3 beautifully seasonal risotto recipes using ingredients sourced from Eataly London. Master of Wine Sarah Abbott has liaised with the Consorzio of Conegliano Valdobbiadene to select 6 fine wines for each recipe.
We have sent a pack of the wines and ingredients, which we call A Superiore Match, to some of our great advocates on Instagram, and they have created their own recipes and beautiful posts showing their Superiore Match.
The videos of the recipes will be shared on the Consortium’s Instagram account (@proseccocv), and all followers are invited to get ingredients and bottles in advance, to prepare the risotto and then enjoy the pairing during the Instagram live event.
