The Andreola Orsola wine grape growing farm is located at Col San Martino, a hamlet in the province of Treviso situated in the green hills of the production zone for Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. di Valdobbiadene. This is the location of our 28 hectares of vineyards planted exclusively with Prosecco and a few indigenous varieties of the area, such as Verdiso, Perera and Bianchetta. These grapes – “close” to Prosecco since ancient times – are used in minimum percentages during vinification and accompany the wine in its maturation to exalt its typical nature and authenticity. Valdobbiadene is the key word for Andreola Orsola production and philosophy: it stands for research and continuous improvement of the estate to ensure that its wine expresses the typicality of original Prosecco Superiore DOCG territory.
