Conegliano Valdobbiadene is a wine that should be enjoyed within 18-24 months from bottling and which shows particularly well in the year following the vintage.

To enjoy its quality at its best, therefore, it is preferable not to keep bottles too long and so really enjoy the fruitiness and floral characteristics that are typical of this wine.

The bottles should be stored in a cool, dry environment, at a constant temperature and away from sources of light and heat.

 

For serving, we recommend that you use the Prosecco glass, made by Riedel specifically for this wine and available from good wine shops and specialist stores.

Alternatively you can use a fairly large tulip-shaped glass, which reveals all the richness of the wine’s aromas. We do not recommend using flutes or coupes.

Conegliano Valdobbiadene should be served at a temperature of between 6 and 8 degrees Centigrade (43°-46°F), depending on its style and with what it is being drunk, in order to bring out all the fragrance that is characteristic of this wine.
