Conegliano Valdobbiadene Festival is the most important annual event devoted to the wine of Conegliano Valdobbiadene. It is held on the third weekend in May in the heart of the production area, and springs from the Consortium’s desire to show the wine in its original context to journalists, members of the trade and consumers alike. The event will culminate, as usual, on the Sunday, in the splendid Castle of San Salvatore at Susegana, a country manor dating back to the 12th century, which will play host to the producers of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore in a special day devoted to tasting their wines.
